We need our troops and money in Iraq to rebuild New Orleans. See, this is the problem with reckless foreign adventures and quagmires, they sap the power of our country to defend and help ourselves. Not to mention the fact that Bush's war is an abyssmal failure and a huge weight on our troops, national budget and reputation. Nobody's making fun of anyone these days by pimps for the chimp.
