I'll accept the microscopic ones as surviving natural enemies ( SAVE the micro-predators! ), but the ones that actually EAT us exist only to the extent that we allow them to. We've driven most of them to near extinction, and could easily extinct the rest if we tried.

And we're working hard to do the same to the microbes, the damn things just EVOLVE so fast! We've got smallpox in a jar now, so it shouldn't have been on your list. What's the next microbe to bite the dust?

I'm not sure the insects are enemies, more like parasitic pests - they don't generally kill us, just make us miserable. Same with leeches. They're character builders!
