The economic cost may be in the $50-75 billion range once the loss of the nation's largest port is recognized.

NO is the home to 30% of our oil refining. I expect a 25 cent jump at the pumps in the next two weeks. Due to the nutty "wholesale price control" we have in the islands, it will hit us immediately.

No new refineries built means a real oil shortage. We are now going to pay for our environmental folly over the last 30 years.
