Bush did invite terrorists to Iraq. He did invite them with their bombs and their weaponry and their pr. Apparently terrorists watch CNN and they took him up on his invitation. It's amazing, Bush et al don't seem particularly concerned about the Constitution. They seem instead to acknowledge that it stands a good chance of being defeated. Maybe the Bushies are weary of this entire thing as well. After all, they signed up to the Neocon 1.5 weeks of warfare.
