MAX SUSTAINED WINDS 130 KT WITH GUSTS TO 160 KT.

..........
You know, if you hold up a straight-edge, close one
eye, and run a looper of the imagery at high speed
over and over--you can pretty easily convince
yourself that a straight line through
Lake Pontchartrain is the track. Getting dizzy
watching this loop.

It also seems to help to make a little hole with
your hand to peer through--and screen out everything
but the eye of the storm--you can see the wobble a lot
better and how it averages out on either side of a
bearing of, perhaps, 350deg?
