So your golden means have told you to short WLS? Did you catch the top of the other homies? Where does the golden means say I should get the puts for WLS? hehe Perhaps an experienced hunter with the latest remington hunting rifle doesn't get much prey if he hunts in the grocery section of publix - but a bad hunter with only a bow and arrow catches much out in the hunting reservation with many deer - how do you determine where to point your golden mean weapon? Phil says you dont pay attention to Mr. Toll brothers selling lots of stock - that is NOISE - you pay attention to the chart. What did your golden means tell you about the tops of homies a few weeks/months back?

Back to the original question - how much ALPHA are we losing with greenspan going away - he says he would wing it - no models - the dancing angels in his head would tell him what to do with the economy - others say his lack of discipline and disregard of the tried and true is what got us into another fine mess ala laurel and hardy.

Me, I work in the world of algorithms and such - and there are reasons that you should do things certain ways and document it very clearly - but some programmers they forego documentation - they do very crazy unconvential things for reasons only they remember and have not wrote down anywhere - these boys call it JOB SECURITY - hehe - and it works too. I have seen several of these key programmers fall over dead from one twinkie too many - and it was a pretty bad cost on some organizations - they had to bring in several groups of people to fix and standardize what the crazy programming cowboy did and it cost much time and money. Other organization - this gave them the excuse to press the reset key and go to all new software and hardware which greatly enhanced things.
