Bushies dont really care about gay marriage and abortion. And Democrats are not pro either one of them. What this is really all about is putting a lid on the entire sexual revolution, scientific fact and tolerance in society, and shoving us back into the 50's when parents taught their kids babies came from storks. It is also about fundraising as these far right Christian groups cannot raise $$$ unless they can plug these wedge issues. Also, it comes as no surprise that man of Bush's top people are not only gay but "married" gays.
