What did he expect? Supporting abstract things like doing the right thing, following laws and regulations, looking out for the tax payer instead of supporting cronyism should be punished. What was he thinking?

I don't know but I hope they throw the book at him. The very idea that gov't transparency should trump partisanship patronage. I say throw the book at him and throw away the key!
