Those inexpensive town in New Mexico are looking better and better as are southern towns at least a couple of miles from the GOM or Atlantic. In southern Florida this is six in two years (and the second season isn't over yet) now we've had to prepare for. I can't imagine what folks in some of these ares that have actually had three hits by now must be thinking..
