I thought US was even better suited to grow rice than corn?? OK, a matter of handling those yearly floodings.. plus the cheap labor.. Just think about it, if this latest hurricane could be used to do both things?? However, the manual labor of picking cotton was also solved.. But why did the greatest pork center of the world, NC and Helms country, have to move to Utah??
