Well... If anybody needed a reminder as to just how high the risks are around here, I trust they're now fully "up" to speed. Lord a'mighty... There isn't any doubt that adding Goal's product line and development staff make sense. But it remains to be seen whether it's worth $7.6 mil considering that the "new" Ramtron is still a tiny micro player in a field inundated with giants. There had better be (a) a significant lock up period for the 1.9 mil new shares issued and (b) some Whiz! Bang! Pow! Boffo! FRAM product news within the next three months. ...Otherwise I will need to recalculate my self-delusions. L. Run HubOwl
