Wiggle hints.... Yesterday's sharp rally in SP is readable as a three-waver. The hard, impulsive decline this morning suggests that the bear may not out of town yet.... that perhaps he simply took a little break - turned off by the the spike in bearishness due to the hurricane (which, thank God, didn't turn out worse). That's but hints, suggestive evidence.... but, another 2-3 points down on SP, and the bearish case strengthens quite a bit... for the short term.
