"Actually, you are the one who believes in the big HAL contracting conspiracy, not me." The official investigations (and the fact of the five year long no-bid contract) seem to suggest that the legal requirements were... circumvented somehow. "I believe there is more in the disgruntled employee's record than we know. That's not a conspiracy." All I posted was the facts that are publicly known... I didn't suggest that there 'must be something more going on', you did. Perhaps there is --- anything is 'possible', after all... but no evidence for that is yet known publicly.
