has been declared in New Orleans and that
everyone and anyone that can get out of the
city has to get out including the reporters ..

Those folks are OK, they're getting MRE's and bottled water. It's the many thousands of people who stayed in their homes that we need to worry about at this point, as roads are inaccessible by and large and the waters are up to or above the rafters in many, many areas, especially the 9th ward, gentilly, chalmette, Lakeview, all are major residential areas.

The longer the water stays, the higher the potential for outbreaks of cholera, dysentery, West Nile and so on. They need to reevacuate the city, IMO....and start ASAP.
