Just saw on the news the Gov. of Montana was saying that coal gas liquification can produce gas for $1 per gallon, or oil for $35 p.b. and that they had enough to supply energy needs for the next 100 yrs. The Energy bill allowed for them to construct one plant for I think 300 mil. @ 80% funding and it will take 3 yrs. The Gov. said that if the country got behind the program the could use the same process in coal shale regions. Clear example that Bush is not concerned with decreasing our foreign oil dependance, and protecting the Oil interest buddies.
