So I urge you, when possible, not to trust what any reporter says I say, when it is possible just to read it yourself. Often, it is.

Byrne is implying he's been burned by misquotes in the press and that he has now taken to the Bob O'Brien approach of communicating solely with reporters via email and making said emails public so that there can be no misunderstanding or taking things out of context.

Oh, and that any reporter that is not for him is against him, e.g. Roddy Boyd of the Post, and thus part of the big "level of deception" that exists from the "Wall Street crowd." [Gee, I hope I got that context correct!]
