Yes, as have the operating/gross margins of 90% of semi stocks over the previous 2-3 quarters. Most came out of the depression in Q1/2:05, OVTI is expected to improve next Q. Those guys all get PEs from 15x-30x.

This explains why OVTI gets a PE of just 11x, or 7x ex-cash?

And, a year over year decrease in operating margin would usually result in a higher PE (earnings are depressed), not a lower PE.
