Jim - Everyone can't fit into Arizona can they? I just recently visited the East coast and was shocked to see the new building on the outer islands. A walk up the beach revealed houses out into the ocean where the beach had changed. They had huge sandbags the size of small cars trying to keep the ocean back! What do these lots go for? I stopped at a local RE office and ask them to run a search - the cheapest oceanfront 60 wide lot - which is at the whims of the next hurricane went for over a million bucks! I think Katrina is going to cause a lot of people to rethink.

Everybody I talk to sez the same thing; we'll take our quakes; they can have the hurricanes and tornados.

This thing is mindboggling.
