Let me see, your argument is that because you are poorer (lower GDP) you can afford to give more?

Review the list, look who gives more. And remember that poor, impoverished Israel gets almost 10% of our aid dollars, Egypt is second.

It seems you are wrong.........on several accounts.

What's really pathetic is how niggardly the US is with its contributions. We rank a very weak 21st......one of the wealthiest countries in the world is 21st! Talk about cheap. Where does all our money go.......of course, to tax cuts and defense.

So many illusions about this country are in the process of begin shattered.
