I have no doubt that you are caring, compassionate, etc., but that isn't worth a bucket of warm piss in a disaster. It takes resources, real resources, such as only a government can provide. We'll have to agree to disagree. As far as the fraud is concerned, as I said it wouldn't suprise me if it took place. Probably did. But that is just another part of the deal, it will take place unless folks know ahead of time that they'll be prosecuted. But like tax cheats, most aren't because it is, I would guess, not cost effective.
