After Andrew we had tent cities. IMHO they were actually pretty nice. People lived there for months if not years. Many people had no money cause businesses that employed them were gone, but they had little or no expenses either. jdn

They'll have to do it somehow. The place will be unfit for human habitation for quite some time. On Fox they just reported that it will take at least two weeks to get the water out. I think that that may be an optimistic estimate..
