Getting a bad feeling that the misery index is going to go parabolic...thinks full scale military/naval action with amphibious vehicles and pontoon bridges needed....

All that support is already moving towards New Orleans.

Both the US Army and USNAV have tremendous capacity to provide potable water, electricity, portable inflatable hospitals and to erect tent cities.
And I have no doubt the Army Corps of Engineers are working 24/7 now to solve the flooding problem.

It is still very early....Identifying the needs and where to set up is on-going now...even as the equipment is shuttling towards NO.
