Its unbelieavable.......I've seen smaller cities flooded like NO is right now but they were much smaller.......NO is 80% underwater."

Apparently looting is becoming a problem. They may have to institute a "shoot to kill" policy to bring it under control. It has happened in the past...

The whole city is under evacuation orders by the governor. If you are found in the city, you will be shot. The Coast Guard has estimated it has made over a 1000 roof rescues and there are hundreds more waiting to be rescued. You should have seen the prisoners sitting on the exit ramp of a freeway....their prison is totally under water.......it was roughly 10 blocks away from downtown.

The worst part is that its getting worse.....the water is now creeping down Canal St. in downtown NO.

And that's just NO. You should see the pics of Gulfport and Biloxi. 80% of MISS is without power. They are saying it will take weeks, maybe months to get all the power back on.

Throughout the Gulf, they are estimating there are two million people who are homeless at the present time!!
