re: They were interviewing one guy who was in the French Quarter. They guy said he was thinking of trying to get to Baton Rouge. The reporter asked how he would get there with all the roads messed up. The guy didn't have a real answer. Then the reporter asked him why didn't he evacuate. He said the authorities never made it clear how dangerous it was. Huh???What did they want people to do...stand on their heads whistling Dixie?? Crazy.....and this guy's stupidity is endangering his life. If the flood waters don't get him, the looters will. I don't know what to say. New Orleans is New Orleans. There is that guy, and there are 100 others that just can't get out, because they are poor. And even that guy has a soul. Judge these people if you want, one better than the other. Others will judge the city as a whole. I really don't want to hear any more crap about how they deserve it. John
