I know basically it is one of our poorer cities and many are not the typical Bush supporter.

Now, what the hell does that have to do with anything?

By the way, have you contributed yet, or do you plan to leave it to the Federal government to take care of things?

I don't know what more you think the government can/should be doing. If Kerry had been elected President, what would he be doing that Bush isn't?
