Oh, I forgot to answer the rest of the question. WE have NOT given a dime to a private organization yet, that was earmarked for the Katrina catastrophe.. We are asessing the situation now..

You conservatives should relate to this position.. But I am not the head of this country.. I have time..But he has to act quickly, imo, to be a real leader...

BTW, we are ready to match private giving with all or most here..
