It'll never recover. I think it's the end of New Orleans. It's just gotten the PR benefit of all of the Florida hurricanes combined with the LA riots thrown in for good measure....and things weren't going well there, economically speaking, to begin with. The one thing it still had going was it's historic charm, but that's being drowned as we speak. I wouldn't invest YOUR money there.....much less mine. Hate to be so cynical, but there it is....
