The war in Iraq is over. Bush just doesn't know it yet. After Katrina, it's painfully obvious we need to bring the guys home from Iraq. At least 80% of them. That whole war just looks like a stupid mistake now. Sorry. Especially with no WMD's and creating more terrorism and higher oil prices, not making us safer. Our troops, choppers and engineering resources (not to mention money) being stuck in Iraq has cost many lives and additional in destruction in Louisiana and Mississippi.
