Now do you understand why the mayor is freaking out, partisan one? It's clear. He's a democrat. He's been forced into a situation he wish he could walk away from. Hopefully he will get some rest tonight and suck it up and do the best job he can tomorrow instead of sitting in front of the cameras whining... Maybe the feds ought to come in and take over and send your local liveshot bureaucrats home? It's obvious they have failed their citizens.. If you have the time, look up who is responsible for the levees; it might change your conspiracy a little......
