For all that is said and alleged in your post, the following remains a ridiculous statement: "Al Qaeda was created by the CIA, in their offices in Washington D.C., According to Richard Clark in his most recent book," except to the extent that it may be correct that Richard Clark said it, though I doubt even that (it's not in qoutes).
