FEMA turned in a presidential briefing to the newly elected president in 2001. It identified the three largest threats, a terrorist attack in NYC, a hurricane in NO and an earthquake in SF. Based on their track record, SF residents need to be re-evaluating their housing options...

But hey, we got a nice tax cut out of it. Never discount the importance of that.
