Ray HEC..the way I read it is that the company is paying face value for the J Series stock..5mm bucks on 50k shares is 10.00 per share..however, one has to remember that these guys have been getting divy's on the series J's as well as conversion rights for however long they have held them. The good thing about getting them out of the way is that it retires the overhead cost of the divy and stops dilution due to the conversions. Now, all they have to do is get rid of the Series A thru I series...LOL Just kidding, I have no idea how many series' there are, but I'd bet there are a few considering that they are all the way to J on these. LOL Ken
