I'm not sure...I'm having a really hard time tracking all these 8Ks and SB2s. It looks like they already issued all of these shares (over 500,000,000 to Dutchess)...

Did not read it line by line to see what the difference was, but I do know that there has not been even ONE share issued as outlined by this filing. My guess would be this is a stop-gap to have in place if their financing needs require a temporary "fill-in" while they gear up and then begin pumping oil. This is simply a prudent thing to do to make sure that once they hit all cylinders hard, they are 100% sure they will not have any time where they have to stop production for a lack of money. Plus, if you read all the filings, you will see that they would only file and require whatever $$$ they need at a specific time. Based on my observations, I'd say they odds WAY favor they are working out MUCH better financing terms elsewhere, and this is just what I called it -- "stop-gap" financing, "just in case."

They continue to do things in a logical order, and IMO, they are sitting on some massive producing land which everyone will envy soon.

I remain,
