You have to be mentally impaired. People ask to donate, he directed them to the proper agency. The Red Cross is allowed to operate within the United States lol One hospital ship is more than enough. There are many qualified hospitals in the region. How about getting off your nonsense occasionally? The Federal Government is all over the disaster helping.
