Clear, we need our troops and army engineers back home now. FEMA warned Bush that the flooding of New Orleans was the #1 danger to our country along with a major earthquake in San Francisco. Bush cut funding for New Orleans flood control and has probably not paid a second's attention to San Francisco either. but he's obsessed with thinking of new reasons why he invaded Iraq. He came up with a new one yesterday, to defend the Iraqi oilfields. As if we need 150,000 troops to do that. try 15,000 max. So bring the other 135,000 home now.
