mussel, are you sure it was I that mentioned IIG? It doesn't look like one that fits my profile (unless it was during the steep rise late last year). If I did mention it let me know when I did, so I can perhaps gain some context into my thoughts at the time. Anyway, right now I don't see anything to particularly recommend it. I see the advance off the lows in April didn't even reach a 50% retracement of the February-April decline, and right now it appears to be in some kind of a 3 or C off the top, as best as I can tell.
