I was in college during the last one, and remember the lines of cars, topping off, bad tempers. It could only be worse now. A lot more of us here. LA is a commuting city. Also, this should pound into people's heads how important oil is to this country. Even the lefties who think it's all been for oil, should start to think maybe it was worth it now. (g) Maybe get some atomic power started, etc. We're too vulnerable. We need a true energy policy, not pork and more of same.
