I trust it even more. Today's move crashed up through the upper wedge line on extremely high volume. That's all the confirmation I need.

maybe that's a good reason not to trust it yet.....

Even after the overlap with the 8/8 low I am not buying yet the idea of expecting new highs. Looking at SPY's - starting at the 8/18 low - the chart looks like a Flat correction.

That said, yesterday I got stopped out of my active (short term) short positions... most of them, anyway. No point in being stubborn. Will take it easy for a while, until... Mr. Market gives more clues.. -g
