Sure there is. You just set up policy such that unearned wealth can be spent, but not passed on to heirs in the form of inheritance.


That is how, not why. I said there is no reason you should be able to say that she can or can't flaunt her wealth, not that there is no way to stop her.

Clarification - By this I don't mean that you can't say pretty much whatever words you want. I am not attacking free speech. A better phrasing would be "There is no reason why you should be able to mandate that she can't flaunt her wealth.", or Perhaps "There is no reason why you should be able to forbid her from flaunting her wealth."
