I have seen the pictures and I agree there is no apparent coordinated effort going on there. I dont blame Bush for this and not even FEMA. I put the blame FIRST on the people such as the looters who are creating such havoc that its got to be difficult for law enforcement and secondly on the CITY administration that obviously doesnt have a RUDY anywhere in the crowd, finally, whomever is directing the National guard COULD IMHO do a better job of taking charge. What bothered me the MOST was seeing those people on the overpass of I-10 very close to the Superdome and NOONE would AT LEAST come out and give them water. jdn

What happens when florida, etc get the next warning to evacuate ahead of a dangerous hurricane.

Are people in hurricane areas learning anything from this experience or will we go all over this again and again.
