Send their condolences.

You're upset that the Sri Lankan government hasn't sent their "condolences" to the US government over the devastation caused by the New Orleans hurricane?

1- For all we know, maybe their ambassador has sent such condolences to his contact at the US State Department. It's not news, so we don't know about it.

2- Are you serious?

The U.S. gives money to countries in need all the time, yet never are we thanked.
