As would offers of aid. Japan, for example, regularly pledges aid when the US suffers a natural disaster. They probably did this time, but I haven't seen anything about it. I suspect that the media is too busy reporting other things to report offers of aid.


Of course, they are offering aid......I am sure every relatively well off nation has made offers of assistance as well as many of their citizens. And I am sure many of the Muslim nations have sent their condolences.

Frankly, I think this is the least of our problems right now. The Gulf states are in a mess and conditions are worsening by the moment. It has me very worried.
