Camp Street (street sign over the military vehicle) is close to the Mississippi River in the CBD -- those brick buildings used to be blue collar type businesses but I think converted to hotels and galleries when the character of the neighborhood changed. The condition of the roads is a very good sign that the neighborhoods along the river were mostly spared.
