A good friend of my wife has two sons, both Drs. both practicing in the N.O. area. They just learned their homes and their offices were both destroyed. I imagin their practice is gone too. Wonder what people will do about their patient records? jdn

Anyway, he walked past, saw an NOPD officer sitting outside in uniform, with a shotgun, telling people to go inside and take what they wanted.

I can see a cop telling people to go into a grocery store and take what they want. It's now four days and they can't buy food, so they will take it.
