Ok, this is from the Washington Times, but... washingtontimes.com The most concrete offer came from Venezuela, which offered to send fuel and humanitarian aid to victims, despite otherwise strained relations with the United States. A senior State Department official said he was not aware of Caracas' proposal but noted that unsolicited offers can be "counterproductive." Excuse me but who the fuck are these people? From where the hell do they come? I do not understand how they think for even one second. More importantly, how the hell do we get rid of them?
