If you haven't seen this incredible diary, FEMA director Mike Brown is an incompetent fool forced to resign from his last job as "Judges and Stewards Commissioner" for the International Arabian Horses Association because of mounting litigation and financial disarray. That performance seemed a perfect fit for an administration that thumbs its nose at effective administrators. Given his performance this disaster, we can bet he'll be getting a presidential medal of freedom and a nice promotion by Bush. It's no wonder the response has been so bad. Even though A terrorist atack on the levy system was number three on FEMA's list of potential disaters. Just imagine if it was an atack and the city was not evacuated ( exept the sick,hospital patients, poor, turists and people who just got caught with thier pants down.
