Started a El Paso (EP) with a very small nibble.

I am hoping their turnaround will continue. Perhaps short term problems due to Katrina, but ultimately maybe EP assets may be revalued higher with increasing oil prices and/or people's focus/awareness on the critical importance of pipelines/storage.
