So far, it ain't going so well, if you read the blogs and watch the news... it's a freaking nightmare, with people just dying on the sidewalks. They need to do a lot, fast. I justed posted an SOS from the mayor of NO. Things have gone from bad to worse. He is having the people form the convention center marching to the I-10 on ramp. Meanwhile the governor has just come on tv and said that sheriff's units from Arkansas, Michigan, Kentucky and Texas are heading to Louisiana to help. She also has asked for 5K more nat. guard units. She is beside herself in anger over the looters in NO.
