The libs are saying that all over the boards. Some are saying he should of known a cat. 5 would hit NO, since Bush caused Global Warming (I think on purpose)

I believe he's picked up the lib drumbeat that the Administration cut the budget of the Corps. of Engineers and but for that, improvements would have been made to the levees and this would not have happened.

The line I think is hilarious, though don't think Tjek has said it, is that Katrina is the result of global warming and the US is at fault for not signing onto the Kyoto Protocols.

What a bunch of hogwash.
