Another major crisis right now, could create very real and widespread panic. I just watched MSNBC creating panic. They showed a video from outside the superdome of people screaming and gesturing at the camera. They started and stopped as the camera panned. Obviously a setup. I am sure they are mad, tired and angry. But this kind of thing is incitement.
